How do I return an item?

 

We have an EXCHANGE  ONLY policy. items not suitable can be returned within 14 days. If you do not wish to exchange a credit note  for the value of the item purchased will be sent as soon as we receive the exchanged item. Make up brushes, lip gloss and clip is extensions cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
